As Smilentrepreneurs, we recognise that those serving on the frontlines of social change – nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs and changemakers working within mission-driven organisations – often pour everything into others while their own sustainability suffers.
Our “Help for the Helpers” CSI initiative is designed to support and capacitate those working for NPOs, NGOs and social causes to build more sustainable, self-sufficient and resilient future-facing organisations.
We work alongside nonprofit leaders and social
impact teams to improve:
- Develop sustainable revenue models and diversified
funding strategies aligned with the SDGs and the National Development Plan - Build organisational capacity and operational
systems that can scale - Strengthen leadership resilience and prevent
